Responsibilities

The Strategic Growth Manager is responsible for coordinating and facilitating all elements of business development and marketing strategies. This includes the formulation, execution, assessment, and continual refinement of the organization's strategic business development and marketing framework and budget. Collaborating closely with the CEO and/or Department Director, the manager will focus on enhancing the hospital's admissions, clinical program expansion, service line development, business planning, physician engagement, post-acute strategies, community outreach, and marketing communications. This role will also involve creating and implementing metrics to monitor increases in volume, growth, and revenue across various programs and service lines.

Qualifications

Education and Work Experience

1. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline is required.

2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field (business development, marketing, communications, or public relations) is essential.

3. Experience in healthcare management is preferred.

4. At least 2 years of experience in an acute care environment is strongly preferred.

5. Proven experience in project and program management is highly desirable.

6. Comprehensive knowledge and experience in program planning, organization, implementation, and operations are necessary. This should include responsibilities in strategic planning, marketing, communications, business development, and market research.

7. Exceptional writing, social media, communication, and leadership skills are required.

8. Strong critical thinking abilities are essential. The candidate must be proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
