Your Responsibilities:

- Exemplify superior service and embody our core values with every customer interaction.
- Drive in-store sales through strategic promotion of menu offerings.
- Analyze operational metrics to align with budgetary objectives and facilitate informed decision-making.
- Monitor inventory to meet customer demand effectively.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the establishment.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of one year of experience as a General Manager in a Quick Service Restaurant setting.
- Proficient in financial management, including budgeting and cost control.
- Strong leadership capabilities and team-building expertise.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; some college education is preferred.
Compensation: The salary for this position is up to $42,000 per year, based on experience, plus performance bonuses.
