About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering, developing, validating, and analyzing data across multiple teams. They will work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Management to design, build, and implement quality monitoring tools, inventory management tools, dashboards, and reports.
Key Responsibilities:- Gather, develop, validate, and analyze data across multiple teams.
- Work with SMEs and Management to design, build, and implement quality monitoring tools, inventory management tools, dashboards, and reports.
- Lead efforts to utilize data, trend analysis, and reporting to improve processes and drive efficient solutions.
- Support client set up data governance oversight, resource/capacity planning, inventory management, reporting & analytics, desk level procedures, and training.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with group setup, Operations, Sales, Underwriting, and group setup vendor to facilitate and drive successful client setup.
- Report production, quality, and timeliness measures for client set up.
- Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 3-5 years of related experience.
- Minimum 3+ years proven work experience in a business unit necessary or equivalent external work experience required.
- Demonstrated effective project management skills necessary.
