Job Title: Operations Data Analyst

Job Summary:

Rothman Orthopaedics is seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team. As an Operations Data Analyst, you will be responsible for generating and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational effectiveness and expanding analytics capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and interpretation, with experience in working with complex data and strong problem-solving skills. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, PowerBI, SQL, Python/R, or similar programming languages is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Data Science team, Regional Managers, Office managers, and other stakeholders to support operational reporting and analysis needs
  • Publish and/or present meaningful reports, updates, and recommendations that will drive operational decision-making to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the operations team to comprehend reporting requirements and devise strategies to fulfill any unmet needs
  • Act as a liaison between operations and data science teams within the enterprise to ensure and maintain data precision
  • Create concise documentation to detail strategic solutions and analyses
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed
