Core Responsibilities
  • Provide weekly, monthly, and annual reports to support business decisions.
  • Support efforts to maintain accurate master data and extract data for analysis.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and identify issues.
  • Recommend changes to management based on data analysis.
  • Create and maintain multiple operational reporting tools.
  • Provide analytical support for actual results against budget and feasibility of proposed business strategies.
  • Consolidate data reports and deliver to drive data-based strategic decision making.
  • May create and maintain compliance reports to identify discrepancies within the Company's billing systems.
  • May conduct regular HRIS maintenance and audits to ensure data quality.
  • May ensure accurate employee records in HRIS databases.
  • Provide user feedback to management and influence future systems enhancements.
  • May provide guidance on complex HRIS transactions.
  • Ensure data accuracy through partnerships with team members.
  • May prepare reports for other departments to correct billing issues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of SQL and data analysis tools
