Key Responsibilities:

Nail Care Services:

  • Deliver professional manicure and pedicure services while adhering to hygiene and safety protocols.
  • Provide a variety of nail treatments, including nail shaping, cuticle care, polish application, and nail artistry.
Customer Engagement:
  • Welcome guests with a friendly and inviting attitude, creating a positive initial impression.
  • Interact with guests to comprehend their preferences and customize spa services accordingly.
  • Maintain and update guest profiles and preferences for tailored service.
  • Act as a bridge between spa personnel and guests to ensure seamless communication.
  • Uphold a professional and ethical demeanor in all guest interactions.
Issue Resolution:
  • Address and resolve guest concerns or issues promptly and courteously.
  • Refer complex issues to management when necessary.
Appointment Coordination:
  • Manage appointment scheduling efficiently.
  • Accommodate walk-in clients and effectively manage wait times.
Sales Promotion:
  • Advocate for spa services and products to guests.
  • Inform guests about promotions, packages, and additional services to enhance satisfaction and boost revenue.
  • Provide product knowledge and recommendations to clients.
Teamwork:
  • Collaborate with fellow specialists and spa staff to foster a positive and cohesive work atmosphere.
  • Engage in ongoing training and skill enhancement opportunities.
Health and Safety:
  • Comply with stringent hygiene and sanitation standards, including thorough cleaning and sanitization of treatment areas and tools.
  • Follow spa policies and procedures related to health and safety.
Regulatory Compliance:
  • Adhere to all relevant regulations and policies governing spa operations.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding guest information and spa procedures.
  • Participate in continued education to stay current in your field.
Essential Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Cosmetology/Nail Technician License.
  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate travelers' schedules.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience as a Nail Specialist, ideally in a salon or spa environment.
