We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sr. Field Delivery Guide.

This role requires a deep understanding of customer needs and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences. As a Sr. Field Delivery Guide, you will engage with Rivian customers, identify their unique needs, and create personalized experiences through demonstration drives and customer deliveries. You will also support new and existing customers as a Rivian product expert, execute local registration documents, and work closely with internal partners to ensure vehicle standards and operational processes meet Rivian's excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with Rivian customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Support customers as a Rivian product expert, providing in-depth knowledge of our electric vehicles.
  • Execute local registration documents, ensuring seamless delivery experiences.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to maintain high standards of vehicle quality and operational efficiency.
  • Complete additional tasks as requested by leadership.

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of customer service experience, with a preference for EV industry experience.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and willingness to travel for business needs.
  • Working knowledge of computers and software, including Microsoft Office, with the ability to navigate internal business platforms.
  • Commercial driving experience preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to complete driver training and a road test within the first 30 days of employment.
  • Valid driver's license in the state or province of residence.
  • Pass Department of Transportation (DOT) Physical and Drug Test.
  • No drug or alcohol-related driving incidents in the last 3 years.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain local sales licenses, if applicable.
  • Must have or be eligible to obtain a notary license within the first 90 days of employment.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to work in various conditions, including retail centers and unpredictable weather.
  • Physical exertion may be required to perform occupational tasks, including sitting, standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Frequent use of hands for grasping and using tools, entering data, writing communications, or calling customers or internal partners.
  • Strong understanding of written and spoken English.
  • Ability to see, read, and interpret documents, including governmental regulations, safety rules, and operating instructions.
