Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN to join our team at Inspirit Senior Living. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents and promoting a positive and supportive living environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor residents' health and well-being, identifying and reporting any changes or concerns.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
  • Provide education and support to residents and their families on health-related topics and disease management.

Requirements:
  • Current LPN license in good standing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
  • Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing long-term care facilities.
