Job Title: Production Maintenance Technician 3rd Shift

Swire Coca-Cola USA is seeking a skilled Production Maintenance Technician to join our team on the 3rd shift. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines and equipment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to production lines by troubleshooting failures and making necessary repairs to production and facility equipment.
  • Complete all assigned work orders and preventative maintenance tasks through SAP.
  • Participate in rebuilds and overhauls on production line and support equipment.
  • Assist with parts management by ensuring parts are checked out of stock and communicating any deficiencies to the Parts Planner.
  • Provide consistent communication with fellow maintenance staff through End of Shift reports.
  • Support the Swire Manufacturing Continuous Improvement (SMCI) process by participating in established routines with production operators and following up on top causes of downtime.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Follow established safety, quality and environmental policies, practices, and programs.
  • Operate with technical skill the SAP Computerized Maintenance Management system.
  • Clean tools, parts and equipment after line rebuilds/repairs/maintenance.
  • Install new equipment as necessary and provide technical expertise to train and support production with a continued desire for lean supply chain process initiatives and improvement.
  • Operate and monitor equipment and replenish materials as needed.
  • Quality reviews of equipment assigned to maintain safety and performance standards.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent degree/certificate.
  • Trade School certified preferred.
  • 2+ years of maintenance experience.
  • Excellent mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to read schematics.
  • Welding and Fabrication experience.
  • Experience working with Allen Bradley and Siemens PLC systems.
  • Ability to learn new software and interfaces quickly. Strong computer skills.
  • Carpentry, Electrical, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning), Plumbing, Welding, Fabrication, docks and doors, security systems.
  • Production Facility repairs as assigned.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing, production operators, and industrial technology preferred.
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds.
