Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet Production Expectations: Complete all tasks assigned to your machine or operation with high efficiency and quality.
  • Quality Control: Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to the Production Supervisor or Cell Lead.
  • Product Inspection and Packaging: Sort, rework, and inspect products for reject and non-conformance; package finished products.
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Work Area: Ensure the work area and equipment are kept in a clean and orderly condition, adhering to prescribed safety regulations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Suggest improvements for standardized work and other plant operations.
  • Machine Operation and Assembly: Be familiar with basic machine functions to perform required operator assembly tasks; use cutters, blades, or fixtures to rework or assemble parts.
  • Supervision and Assistance: Be willing to accept and receive frequent supervision and assistance with regard to operations and assembly.
  • Safety Protocols: Follow all safety procedures and participate in safety programs; adhere to all PPE requirements, including proper gowning and attire.

Education and Experience

Less than high school education; HS or General Education Degree (GED) preferred.

Willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
