Job Summary:

As a Manufacturing Machine Operator at Morgan Advanced Materials, you will be responsible for operating a variety of equipment to support production in a safe and efficient manner. This role requires strong mechanical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate various equipment to support production, ensuring safe and efficient operation
• Perform inspection operations relevant to the department, using micrometers, calipers, and other inspection equipment
• Complete work orders and department-related paperwork accurately and on time
• Maintain department housekeeping and strive for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and objectives

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills and ability to read/write English
• 1-2 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in stamping or wire forming
• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively
