About the Role

Join Our Team as a Facilities/Landscaping Technician

As a Facilities/Landscaping Technician, you'll be responsible for maintaining the facilities and grounds of our mini-golf courses to ensure they're safe, clean, and visually appealing. You'll conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs, perform repairs and maintenance tasks, and assist with landscaping duties.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and landscaping requirements.
  • Perform repairs and maintenance tasks, such as painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC system maintenance.
  • Assist with landscaping duties, including mowing, pruning, and planting.
  • Maintain all areas safe and clean by sweeping, mopping, and pressure washing.
  • Monitor and replenish supplies.
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment for guests and employees.
  • Assist with special tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in facilities maintenance and landscaping.
  • Knowledge of basic maintenance and repair techniques, as well as landscaping principles and practices.
  • Ability to operate equipment and tools safely and effectively.
  • Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
