We're currently operating 12 locations across Florida, Texas, Arizona, Alabama, and South Carolina, with nine additional venues under development and expected to open soon. We're seeking talented individuals to join our PopStroke team as we embark on an exciting expansion journey.

About the Role

Transforming Spaces, One Detail at a Time

As a Facilities/Landscaping Technician, you'll be the mastermind behind the scenes, ensuring our facilities are always fresh, safe, and visually stunning. From conducting regular inspections to performing repairs and maintenance tasks, you'll be the wizard of the grounds, turning them into a masterpiece of play-ready perfection.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and landscaping requirements.
  • Perform repairs and maintenance tasks, including painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC system maintenance.
  • Assist with landscaping duties to maintain a visually appealing environment.
  • Maintain all areas safe and clean by sweeping, mopping, and pressure washing.
  • Monitor and replenish supplies to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment for guests and employees.
  • Assist with special tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in facilities maintenance and landscaping.
  • Knowledge of basic maintenance and repair techniques, as well as landscaping principles and practices.
  • Ability to operate equipment and tools safely and effectively.
  • Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
