We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to join our growing team. This role will play a vital part in supporting the modernization of defense intelligence collection platforms by leveraging advanced data science techniques and technologies.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive data analytics, including data engineering, mining, exploratory analysis, predictive modeling, and statistical analysis to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets.
  • Employ scientific methodologies to transform data into compelling graphical, written, visual, and verbal narratives that inform strategic decision-making.
  • Proactively gather information from diverse sources and analyze it to gain a deep understanding of the data landscape. Utilize this knowledge to develop AI-powered tools that automate processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Design and implement machine learning (ML)-based solutions, such as recommendation engines or automated lead scoring systems, to optimize operations and drive business value.
  • Perform rigorous statistical analysis, apply advanced data mining techniques, and build high-quality prediction systems to support informed decision-making.
  • Independently manage high-visibility projects with significant impact on the organization's mission objectives.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, overseeing their efforts and ensuring successful project execution.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Data Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Active Top-Secret security clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) eligibility.
  • 10+ years of proven experience architecting solutions based on customer requirements, demonstrating a strong understanding of programming and data engineering concepts.
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI and Tableau to create insightful reports and dashboards.
  • 10+ years of proficiency in major data science languages including R, Python, and SQL.
  • 10+ years of expertise in managing and merging disparate data sources. Leverage your skills in data exploration, engineering, and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) to transform raw data into usable formats that support informed decision-making and analysis.
  • 10+ years of experience with large-scale Multi-INT analytics, machine learning, and automated predictive analytics.
