Clinical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Support Specialist to join our team at Trident Medical Center.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care by assisting with laboratory-related tasks.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Support laboratory staff in performing various tasks, including phlebotomy and recordkeeping.
- Assist with equipment maintenance and calibration, ensuring optimal functionality.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to prevent shortages.
- Participate in quality control initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required, demonstrating a solid educational background.
- A Phlebotomy certificate is preferred, showcasing expertise in phlebotomy techniques.
- 1 year of hospital laboratory experience is preferred, indicating a commitment to delivering quality patient care.
