Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate and distribute monthly rental invoices to tenants.
  • Record, apply, and deposit rent receipts along with other cash transactions.
  • Reconcile accounts receivable and work with Property Management on overdue accounts.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Manage accounts payable, including vendor payments and invoice processing.
  • Assist in the development of annual property budgets and enter fixed expenses.
  • Input approved budgets and provide variance reports comparing budgeted to actual figures.
  • Record essential lease information in the accounting system.
  • Support property management with annual Common Area Maintenance (CAM) reconciliations.
