  • Provide support for the installation, upgrade, and inspection of control systems to improve performance and reliability
  • Undertake emergency troubleshooting to identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic equipment faults
  • Prepare reports on machine faults and errors to inform maintenance schedules
  • Collaborate with colleagues to reduce machine outages and stoppages

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent level of education
  • 3+ years of experience in an electrical/electronic repair industrial environment
  • Strong mechanical abilities and experience with PLC, HMI, VFD, Controls Electronics, or CNC controls
  • Experience with automations in an industrial or manufacturing environment
  • Ability to disassemble equipment, diagnose problems, and reassemble safely and proficiently
  • Experience with predictive maintenance management concepts and the ability to use advanced devices for diagnosis
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information effectively
