Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Traveling Industrial Construction Project Manager to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing industrial construction projects nationwide, with a focus on the Midwest region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage industrial construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project engineers, estimators, and superintendents, to deliver high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Conduct site visits, inspect project progress, and address any issues or concerns that may arise.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in industrial construction project management.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
  • Proficiency in project management software, including MS Project, Asana, or similar tools.
  • Ability to travel extensively, with a focus on the Midwest region.
