">Our Services
">We offer a range of services including speech-language therapy, occupational therapy, psychological services, and behavior therapy. Our expert team of therapists and clinicians work together to develop individualized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each client.
">Job Responsibilities
">- ">
- Provide direct behavior therapy to children with ASD using ABA and VBT techniques.">
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote meaningful outcomes for clients.">
- Collaborate with our clinical team to monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed.">
- Ensure a high-quality, organized therapy setting that supports client progress.">
Requirements and Qualifications
">- ">
- EIDBI Level 1 or Level 2 provider.">
- Available to work a daily schedule of 8 AM – 5 PM Monday through Friday.">
- Currently enrolled in a graduate program in one of the mental health professional disciplines or possess a master's degree in a mental health field.">
- Possess 2,000 hours of clinical experience and/or training.">
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in behavioral or child development science or a related field.">
- Completed approved graduate coursework, OR be a BCaBA or RBT.">
- 4,000 hours of supervised clinical experience.">
- Certified EIT or RBT preferred but not required.">
Compensation and Benefits
">The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $75,000 based on qualifications and experience. We offer a competitive benefits package including comprehensive health insurance, ESST, paid time off, performance-based bonus plan, and professional development opportunities.
