Job Overview
The CMDE Provider at Autism Matters plays a crucial role in our clinical team, responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments and developing tailored treatment plans. This position requires strong communication skills, a compassionate approach, and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial evaluations and ongoing diagnostic assessments to identify psychological, emotional, or behavioral issues.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based practices and innovative approaches.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support to clients and their families.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2,000 hours of clinical experience in the evaluation and treatment of individuals with ASD and related conditions.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant research and best practices in autism assessment and treatment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, families, and colleagues.
