About Autism Matters Inc.

We are dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to individuals with autism and their families. Our comprehensive services include Speech-Language, Occupational, Psychological, and Behavior therapies, delivered in a collaborative and compassionate environment.

Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 per year

The Behavior Therapist at Autism Matters will play a critical role in helping children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) develop essential skills and reach their full potential. This role requires a deep understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Verbal Behavior Therapy (VBT), as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement personalized behavior therapy plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Conduct regular assessments and progress monitoring to inform treatment decisions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services and optimal client outcomes.
