We are currently in search of a Senior Continuous Improvement Manager to spearhead our continuous improvement initiatives and enhance operational excellence within our cutting-edge Reishi™ production facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a dedicated team focused on continuous improvement across the facility, including technical training, optimizing throughput, minimizing downtime, and enhancing work processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional experts to devise effective solutions for operational challenges.
  • Develop a team of process specialists capable of providing technical insights for future scaling projects.
  • Facilitate the adoption of new standards and solutions among employees, ensuring smooth transitions and minimizing resistance.
  • Enhance operator capabilities through the creation and training of Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, and One-Point Lessons.
  • Become an expert in Autonomous Maintenance and leverage Daily Management Systems for systematic improvements.
  • Lead the successful delivery and commissioning of new machinery and projects within the facility.
  • Contribute to the establishment and implementation of quality standards.
  • Drive the adoption of the MycoWay manufacturing system through servant leadership principles.
  • Foster a culture of "Zero Defect" within the facility.
  • Champion the company's vision and core values.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business is preferred.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least two years in a managerial role.
  • Proven experience in building and coaching systems such as Autonomous Maintenance and Focused Improvement.
  • Strong knowledge of root cause analysis tools and the ability to mentor others in their application.
  • Experience working within cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with TPM and Lean methodologies; Black Belt Six Sigma Certification or equivalent is preferred.
  • Ability to conduct gap analyses and formulate targeted action plans.
  • Understanding of autonomous systems, including Defect Handling and Centerline Inspection.
  • Knowledge of statistical process control is advantageous.
  • Experience in cleanroom environments and with the startup of new equipment or production lines is a plus.
