POSITION DETAILS/REQUIREMENTS
We are currently seeking an Associate Attorney to join our downtown Minneapolis office, focusing on commercial lending. Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in commercial lending transactions, which encompasses drafting and negotiating loan agreements, conducting title and survey assessments, and evaluating due diligence documentation.
Experience in construction and development financing, revolving credit facilities, and alternative financing options is essential, with familiarity in low-income housing tax credit financing and tax-exempt bonds considered advantageous.
The successful applicant will be a driven individual with outstanding interpersonal, analytical, and drafting capabilities, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. A keen attention to detail and adaptability are crucial.
