Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all phases of construction projects to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Lead and manage the construction team effectively.
  • Establish and monitor project timelines and budgetary constraints.
  • Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, local regulations, and scope of work.
  • Maintain thorough documentation for each project, including contracts and change orders.
  • Conduct end-of-day and end-of-project debriefings with team members.

Qualifications:

  • Must pass a background check in accordance with applicable laws.
