Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to spearhead the development of our Account Integrity strategy. This position is crucial in:
- Enhancing the return on investment for our user authentication and verification systems, and
- Safeguarding account and data security while ensuring compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct the strategy, development, and implementation of Account Integrity product initiatives, ensuring they align with broader company goals.
- Manage the roadmap for products designed to prevent unauthorized access and maintain authenticity on the platform.
- Collaborate with various departments, including Engineering, Machine Learning, Analytics, Legal, Privacy, and Security, to leverage data for informed decision-making.
- Analyze fraud trends and devise device detection and mitigation strategies to protect user accounts while providing seamless login experiences.
- Contribute to significant cost savings for Tinder through effective product management.
- Engage with industry organizations and vendors to enhance our solutions.
- Proven initiative and the ability to work autonomously, with a minimum of 5 years in product design and management.
- Experience in delivering Identity and Account Integrity products from concept to launch.
- A curious and creative mindset, with a proactive approach to addressing evolving threats.
- Strong analytical skills and experience collaborating with ML/AI teams to implement solutions.
- Experience in launching consumer-facing features across various platforms (iOS, Android, and Web) is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on listening, verbal, and written abilities.
The salary range for this position is between $175,000 and $200,000 annually. Various factors, including the scope of responsibilities, candidate experience, and market considerations, will influence the final offer.
