Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, cook, and serve a variety of dishes, including soups, sauces, salads, entrees, and catering items, as directed by the Chef Manager.
  • Follow verbal and written food recipes, production orders, cooking instructions, and techniques as outlined by the supervisor.
  • Set up and break down kitchen stations with appropriate equipment and food, as instructed by the supervisor.
  • Receive, unpack, unwrap, date, rotate, and store deliveries.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health, safety, and food handling regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Adhere to client and company protocols related to COVID-19 workplace safety and sanitation standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
