Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, cook, and serve a variety of dishes, including soups, sauces, salads, entrees, and catering items.
  • Follow recipes, production orders, cooking instructions, and techniques as determined by the supervisor.
  • Set up and break down kitchen stations with the necessary equipment and food.
  • Receive, unpack, and store deliveries in a timely and organized manner.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health, safety, and food handling regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Follow all outlined health and safety regulations regarding equipment use and personal hygiene.
  • Ability to lift objects up to 35 pounds to waist height.
  • Adhere to client and company protocols related to COVID-19 workplace safety and sanitation standards.
