We are seeking a skilled Aseptic Filler Operator to join our team at Dairy Farmers of America. As an Aseptic Filler Operator, you will be responsible for maintaining the safe and efficient operation of our filler equipment, ensuring maximum production uptime, minimizing shrink, and maintaining quality.
### Key Responsibilities
* Maintain safe and efficient operation of filler equipment, ensuring maximum production uptime and minimizing shrink
* Perform safe and effective setup, operation, and cleaning of aseptic filling equipment
* Conduct sterilization and manual washing of machine components
* Perform routine basic chemical concentration tests
* Conduct basic troubleshooting of equipment and contact maintenance when necessary
* Report any food safety and food quality-related issues to management immediately
* Maintain safe working conditions for employees and comply with all state and federal regulations regarding health and safety issues
* Follow all DFA good manufacturing practices (GMP) and work in a manner consistent with all corporate regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements
