Join Our Compassionate Team
Provider Solutions & Development is currently seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Nurse (ARNP) to enhance our outpatient care team. This role is vital in delivering end-of-life support to patients in various settings, including private residences and long-term care facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Face to Face Recertification visits as the primary provider.
- Provide symptom management visits, ensuring comprehensive patient care.
- Collaborate with a skilled interdisciplinary team, fostering both formal and informal educational opportunities.
Work Schedule:
- Standard Monday to Friday workweek.
- Participate in on-call rotation, approximately 1 in 6 weeks, with compensated days for weekend duties.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of ARNP experience is required; 2 years is preferred.
- Experience in hospice and palliative care is highly desirable but not mandatory.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly wage ranging from $56.27 to $70.33, with potential for additional earnings based on productivity and quality metrics.
- Comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, dental, and retirement plans.
- Continuing Medical Education (CME) benefits available, offering 5 full days per 1.0 FTE.
