FMS Case Development and Management Specialist

At PROJECTXYZ, we are seeking a highly skilled FMS Case Development and Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting the WFO RO Director on FMS Development and Management.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide superior support to the WFO RO Director on FMS Development and Management.
- Report directly to the WFO RO Director for all BPC related pre-MOR, case development, case execution and delivery issues as they arise and provide proposed solutions to resolve them in a timely manner.
- Subject matter expert for all BPC transportation shipments.
- Ensure all material, training and services are delivered in a synchronized manner to ensure the USASAC Total Package Approach (TPA) methodology is adhered to.
- Monitor the BPC standard dashboard to ensure all stakeholders are aware of current obligation rates and recommend solutions to ensure a 95% obligation rate is attained.
- Monitor the distribution of all Case Trackers to the Country Teams/ DSCA / Stakeholder to ensure they are delivered monthly.
- Work closely with the BPC CCMs to ensure all material is requisitioned and put on contract in a timely manner.
- Monitor all BPC cases to ensure all lines are obligated with a 95% or higher obligation rate.
- Participate in all BPC feasibility reviews and provide guidance to stakeholders and the feasibility of effectively implementing proposed BPC Programs.
