We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accounting Professional to join our team as a Corporate Accounts Receivable Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all billing and new customer setup for the FMS GOT systems
  • Prepare and file sales tax returns for multiple states
  • Perform other duties as required to support the accounting team

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable management
  • Degree required
  • 2+ years of experience with debits and credits
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong work ethic and desire for advancement opportunities
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to travel < 10%
