About the Job
We are looking for a talented Application Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, developing, and deploying large-scale multi-channel contact center applications using Free Switch and other application frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex contact center solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design technical specifications
- Work with different application frameworks like Genesys Studio, Genesys Composer, SAP VXML Framework, PTP, and NDF
- Implement skills-based routing across different business units

Requirements
- Over 5 years of experience in designing, developing, installing, configuring, testing, and supporting IVR and Genesys applications
- Expert-level knowledge of Management Framework, Enterprise Routing, OCS, GVP, and WDE
- Experience with building routing strategies to meet routing and reporting needs
- Preferred - Genesys Certified Application Professional
