Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to patients with a wide range of medical conditions, including emergency and critical care situations.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in emergency nursing.
About Our Team

Our Emergency Department is a 30-bed unit that provides emergency services 24/7. We are an accredited Chest Pain Center and a Primary Stroke Center, and our team works closely with first responders and heart and vascular specialists to deliver fast and efficient care. We are committed to keeping wait times to a minimum through our 30-Minutes-Or-Less initiative.

Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Indiana.
  • Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN/ASN) required, BSN preferred.
  • BLS certification must be maintained while in this position.
  • ACLS certification within 12 months of being hired.
