Client Care Program Coordinator

This role reports directly to the Executive Director and is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of clients during shifts. The ideal candidate will foster a positive and professional relationship with the client community while maintaining accurate records of client counts at all times.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct both scheduled and unscheduled client counts.
- Engage in pre and post-shift debriefings.
- Prepare detailed written reports, including Incident Reports and Statements.
- Manage inventory and oversee the ordering of necessary supplies.
- Assist in the admission and discharge processes of clients.
- Investigate incidents thoroughly and report findings accordingly.
- Responsible for urine collection and testing procedures.
- Conduct searches of both the facility and clients as needed.
- Review and implement changes to facility policies and procedures.
- Transport clients to work sites or external appointments.
- Address and manage client behavioral issues while providing positive reinforcement for good behavior.
- Dispense medication as required.
- Process client request forms efficiently.
- Communicate relevant information throughout the organizational hierarchy.
- Handle client mail appropriately.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the facility.
- Maintain compliance with annual training requirements.
- Keep daily logs of client activities and behaviors.
- Oversee and facilitate client orientation sessions.
- Lead recreational activities, classes, workshops, and discussion groups.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Executive Director.
Required Minimum Experience:
- Ability to understand and apply Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or similar program methodologies.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
Minimum Education:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor Associate (CDCA).
