Territory Sales Development Professional

We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious sales professional to join our Inside Sales Territory Manager Training Program in Charleston, SC. The training program will span approximately one year, after which the Territory Manager Trainee will transition to an available outside sales territory in the Southeast region.
As a member of the Inside Sales team, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of cultivating and enhancing relationships with existing customer accounts to support their business growth. This role requires close collaboration with various departments within the organization to gain a comprehensive understanding of internal processes and functions.
The estimated salary for this position is around $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and performance. Additionally, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for career advancement.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and the ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously. Good organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are also essential. A bachelor's degree is required, and at least 1-2 years of experience in sales or marketing is preferred.
