Job Overview

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving our sales team's productivity and growth. Your primary responsibility will be to recruit, develop, and maintain a highly productive sales team that meets or exceeds company goals.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with a proven track record of managing successful outside sales teams and achieving sales targets. You will work closely with the regional manager and national sales manager to identify new business opportunities and implement strategies to drive revenue growth.

About the Role

This is a demanding job that requires extensive travel within a designated sales territory. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of industrial uniform and healthcare sales, as well as experience in managing sales teams. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, develop, and maintain a highly productive sales team
  • Develop achievable and realistic sales goals
  • Implement and manage compliance with SOP and corporate policies
  • Manage all activities within Alsco's HR policies and ethical guidelines
What We Offer

Alsco Inc offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a base salary, you will also receive a commission-based bonus structure. Our benefits package includes a 401(k) plan with company match, medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation time, sick leave, holidays, and a choice of Global Cash Card or direct deposit.
