Sales Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Solutions Specialist to join our team in Charleston, WV.
About the RoleIn this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, and developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consultative selling, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grow existing customer relationships and identify new opportunities in the assigned territory
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent certification
- Minimum 1 year experience in outside sales or a related field
- Strong understanding of inventory control systems and visual merchandising
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Salesforce.com
- Ability to travel locally within the territory and attend company events
