Compensation Package

We offer an attractive compensation package that includes up to $137,200 per year depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities. This salary reflects the estimated annual income for a licensed therapist in the state of Massachusetts.

Job Responsibilities

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for seeing a minimum of 25 sessions per week and maintaining strong character, including integrity, honesty, adaptability, and quality of care. They will also have the opportunity to grow into leadership roles or supervisors and work in a supportive environment that prioritizes professional development.
