Program Director Opportunity in Early Childhood Education

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced professional to lead our Early Childhood Education program as a Program Director. This is a full-time, year-round position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and ensuring the quality of our education and curriculum services.
  • They will provide support to all education staff as needed to ensure high-quality services to children.
  • The Program Director will also ensure compliance with Head Start Performance Standards and Massachusetts State Standards.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education required; Master's preferred.
  • EEC Director II certification required.
  • At least 3 years of supervisory experience and strong communication skills.
  • Experience working with disabilities and familiarity with IEPs and IFSPs.

Benefits:

  • A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience.
