Join Our Team at Bella Baby Photography
We are on the lookout for a dynamic, customer-oriented individual to become a Part-Time Newborn Photography Sales Specialist. In this position, you will play a crucial role in marketing and selling our newborn photography packages to families.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and sales abilities, along with a warm and empathetic approach to engaging with new parents and their families. You will be the main contact for families, providing detailed information about our photography options and assisting them in choosing the best package for their needs.
A background in sales and a genuine enthusiasm for photography are highly desirable.
This role presents a unique chance to work in a fulfilling and emotionally rewarding environment. If you are confident, possess a natural talent for connecting with new parents, and excel in sales, we would love to welcome you to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule same-day appointments for 15-minute mini-photo sessions
- Handle and pose newborns while editing photos on-site
- Present and sell photography packages, processing orders for clients
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently
- Sales experience is an advantage
- Creative, self-motivated individual with a passion for photography
- Experience in family photography is preferred
- Proficient in photo editing software such as Adobe Lightroom Classic
- Reliable transportation and capability to lift photography equipment (up to 20 lbs)
Required Equipment:
- DSLR or Mirrorless Camera with a minimum of 18 MP (no camera phones)
- Preferred portrait lens with a fixed aperture (i.e., F1.8 or F2.8)
- Laptop with at least 513 GB drive and 16 GB of memory (no Chromebooks or iPads)
- Adobe Lightroom Classic
- Speedlite (external flash)
Schedule:
Start time at 9 am, Part-Time, 3 days a week (including one weekend day).

Bella Baby Photography is a premier provider of hospital newborn portraiture, dedicated to capturing the genuine, heartfelt beauty of newborns and their families. Our methodology focuses on utilizing natural window light and high-quality equipment to produce timeless and touching photographs.
Please note that the number of hours and days may vary based on business requirements. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screening.
