Soliant is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in schools near Columbus, OH.
As a Speech-Language Pathologist with Soliant, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of individuals with communication and swallowing challenges.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough assessments to identify communication and swallowing disorders.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessment outcomes, student objectives, and evidence-based practices.
- Administer therapeutic interventions such as speech and language therapy, voice therapy, fluency therapy, and swallowing therapy.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and fellow professionals to provide guidance and support to students with communication disorders.
- Regularly track and document progress, adapt treatment plans as necessary, and continually evaluate outcomes.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Valid and active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP.
- Preferably hold Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
- Demonstrate experience working with diverse age groups and populations.
- Exhibit a strong understanding of assessment tools, therapeutic techniques, and evidence-based practices in speech-language pathology.
