Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled CMM Machine Operator to join our team at Prismatik. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CMM machines in accordance with part blue prints and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate CMM machines to ensure accurate and efficient production.
  • Follow directions on how to operate machines correctly and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Inspect required quantity of parts required per work order and maintain accurate records.
  • Work on different types of equipment to carry out a particular phase of the production cycle.
  • Maintain routine machine maintenance and keep the work area in neat condition.
  • Follow all safety rules regarding machine operation and proper guarding.
  • Maintain simple reports on work orders handled and quantities produced.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of technical school, full apprenticeship program, or completion of in-company four-year training program to satisfaction of plant training committee, preferred.
  • Minimum five (5) years of CMM machine operating experience.
