We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Coordinator to support our construction project public affairs/project outreach efforts. This role will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of field outreach, including gathering schedules, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining safety and communication logistics.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate field outreach activities to ensure timely and effective notification of construction impacts to customers and businesses.
- Maintain day-to-day safety and communication logistics of field outreach work, adapting to variable field conditions as needed.
- Track field notification data, including street span, number of businesses and homes touched, critical facilities identified, and major issues requiring Public Affairs Specialist attention.
- Manage inventory control of outreach materials, including doorknob hangers, letters, and tracking monthly expenditures.
- Develop and analyze operational reports, including customer interaction trackers and ad-hoc reports.
- Support construction website updates and maintain general knowledge of campaign canvassing and door-to-door delivery.
- BS/BA degree and 2+ years of relevant work experience in business or communications.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and PC skills.
- Ability to foster an inclusive work environment and respect diversity.
- Valid U.S. driver's license and safe driving record.
