We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team at Robert Hess Search Group. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing all phases of multi-family construction projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Obtain all necessary permits and approvals
  • Develop and maintain construction project schedules, ensuring timely completion
  • Manage all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction to completion
  • Supervise on-site construction, ensuring compliance with plans and specifications
  • Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring seamless project execution
  • Resolve day-to-day problems on the job site, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment
  • Inspect all work during construction, ensuring compliance with plans and specifications
  • Create punch lists and assist with the closing process
  • Correspond with engineers, town officials, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in multi-family construction
  • Strong project management and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to read and interpret site plans, specifications, blueprints, and construction plans
  • Valid Driver's License (Required)
