Job Description

Soar Autism Center is seeking a highly skilled Developmental Therapist to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a Developmental Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing personalized ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 within a clinic setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized intervention plans developed by expert clinicians in behavior analysis, speech therapy, and occupational therapy.
  • Collaborate closely with the child's healthcare team to ensure consistent and high-quality care delivery.
  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children, utilizing evidence-based, naturalistic therapeutic techniques.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children, preferably in a professional capacity.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in computer and tablet usage.
  • Reliable transportation to both training location and local center.
