We are seeking a skilled Laborer to join our team at Stella-Jones, a leading producer of industrial pressure-treated wood products. As a Laborer, you will play a crucial role in assisting with manufacturing activities, ensuring the efficient production of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply endplates by hand or machine
  • Operate banding equipment
  • Assist in loading and unloading of materials
  • Assist in loading and unloading charges
  • Assist in storage by setting stickers and dunnage
  • Tag materials with proper product tags
  • Cut dunnage
  • Assist in cleaning work areas, painting, and maintaining property, plant, and equipment
  • Participate and contribute to company safety program
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Experience with preventive maintenance and hand tools preferred
