About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Lead Stock Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational functions of our stockroom, ensuring that all inventory is accurately managed and that customer fulfillment is executed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders.
  • Manage the stockroom operations, including inventory management, stockroom organization, and standards execution.
  • Execute customer fulfillment across all channels, leveraging all services to ensure that customer needs are met while maintaining profitability and brand image.
  • Model, train, and coach individual productivity and performance related to fulfillment, BOPIS/Design Crew conversion, processing, packing, and stockroom standards.
  • Manage shipping and processing stations, product staging areas, and supplies to ensure efficient receipt and packing of incoming and outgoing merchandise.
  • Perform routine audits and reconciliations, and establish daily disciplines to eliminate loss and shrink.
Requirements
  • Effective communication, organization, and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to motivate and influence others through personal actions and examples.
  • 1-3 years retail sales experience with management experience preferred.
  • 1-2 years home-related or specialty experience preferred (design, visual merchandising, or stockroom responsibilities).
Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 75 lbs., while utilizing appropriate equipment and safety techniques.

This role offers a competitive compensation package, including pay and benefits. Pay is based on several factors, including education, work experience, certifications, geographic location, etc. The anticipated pay range for this role will be: $17.00-$23.00 per hour.
