Job Title: Supervising Clinician - Autism Services

A Supervising Clinician at Life Skills Autism Academy is a dedicated professional who shares our commitment to delivering exceptional care to individuals with autism spectrum disorders. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of clinical practice and providing guidance to our Behavior Technicians.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical oversight to clients to drive compliance and retention, resulting in optimal outcomes.
  • Train, manage, and retain a team of Behavior Technicians, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Engage parents in ABA therapy, delivering 1 hour of parent engagement per month to all clients, to improve client outcomes.
  • Develop child-specific behavior plans, adhering to the principles of ABA therapy, to ensure individualized care.
  • Lead and maintain staff by orienting and training team members, ensuring the daily functions of the team are completed.
  • Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing team that meets agreed objectives and delivers best practice results, added value, and continuous improvements.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree or higher from an accredited university, in acceptance with BACB guidelines.
  • Completed 8-hour supervision course or willing to complete within the first 30 days of employment.
  • BCBA certification from the BACB, in good standing.
  • Active state license, in good standing, when applicable.
  • 1+ years working with children and autism spectrum disorders.
  • Previous supervision experience is preferred.
  • Crisis management experience is preferred.
