As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in a center-based setting.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing individualized treatment plans, collecting and recording data, and collaborating with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement individualized treatment plans in a 1:1 setting with children with ASD
  • Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
  • Collaborate with BCBAs to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Provide parent and caregiver training on behavior reduction and skill acquisition
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of client progress
  • Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding client progress
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Requirements:
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willingness to obtain within 45 days
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (if applicable)
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and physically perform job duties
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bilingual in Spanish (desired)
