We are looking for experienced Paramedics who have 2+ years of clinical practice and are ready to take that next step into leadership.

Position Highlights:

As a Team Lead, you will have the opportunity to expand your clinical skills while participating in management training. You will work in a fast-paced, high-acuity urgent care setting and have the chance to build your knowledge base in areas such as Occupational Medicine, Inventory Management, and CLIA certified laboratory services. This position also allows you to enhance your skills as a trainer.

Requirements:

To be considered for the Team Lead position, you should have the following skills, characteristics, and experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a clinical setting as a licensed Paramedic
  • Proficient clinical skills surrounding urgent/emergent care
  • Attention to detail to keep patient flow and the site running smoothly
  • Work self-sufficiently on assigned tasks
  • Effectively communicate in a positive, helpful manner with patients and team members
  • An interest and desire to mentor team members


Great Compensation Package: Start at $25/hour and attain $26/hour after completing Team Lead training (attainable in about 90 days). We also provide time-based raises and multiple opportunities for performance and training-related promotions.

Expand Your Skills & Get Promoted: We provide opportunities to expand both your clinical knowledge and administrative skills. Our leadership team encourages our team to pursue performance-based promotions. Once your initial training has been completed, you will become a Team Lead and can pursue other areas of interest such as inventory liaison, training team, scribe, or even be assigned as the mentor to a group of employees.

  • Three twelve-hour shifts per week (36 hours) with full-time benefits
  • No overnight shifts
